There is no experience more human, then love. It is because it strips you of everything you own; Your walls drop, fly away like a dove, The only sensation to strike to the bone. To be truly in love, you must remove: You must allow someone to see the totality: Your imperfections, your faults; each and every groove, But once found, you transcend: finality. Emotions have always been hard for me, I’ve been hurt before, like plenty more I’m sure; But as time passes, there is one thing that becomes plain to see: Love is the key, the essence of human experience; the cure. Life is strife, that is clear to all, There is a guarantee that you will fall; But the beauty of being human after all, What makes it worth it, each and every crawl Is that their will be a hand to help you. And love prevails, it’s nothing new.
